How do I get a quote?
Go to the anchorside.com website to request a quote.
My form specifications have options that are not listed on your quote request form. What do I do?
Call Customer Service at 1-800-865-5235. We have many additional options available that are not listed on the Website.
Are there any "hidden charges"?
Our quoting system returns an accurate price quote with all charges included. Unless your form specifications change or are different from the
specifications entered on the online quote, the price you are quoted is the exact price you will pay for the quoted form. There will be no additional
shipping or handling charges added at the end of your order completion.
How can I check the progress of my order?
Go to www.anchorside.com/status and have your order number ready. Our system updates as your order
progresses through our facility. When your order ships, a tracking number will be provided to you.
How can I reach Customer Service?
Customer Service is available from 9:00am - 3:00pm CST, Monday - Friday. Questions regarding orders can be emailed directly to you Customer Service
Representative or to sales@anchorside.com.
Can I fax you?
Sure, our fax number is 877-885-9907. Be sure to include your phone number and email address so we can follow up with your fax request.
Ordering
Can I order online?
Yes. After receive your instant quote, just click the "Buy Now" button. There you can enter all your customer information and upload any
pertinent files for your order.
Can I call my order in?
Yes. We can process your new order by phone.
What is "Artwork"?
"Artwork" is the term we use for the way you will provide us with what your form should look like. Examples of Artwork are...
- A file you created on your computer in a graphics design program or word processing program.
- An actual sample of the form you are currently using.
- A "mockup" of the form you desire. A mockup can simply be a sketch, a similar form that you have indicated changes on, or a combination of
the two. We can work with most any type of file. An Acrobat ".pdf" file is the preferred file as it is usually trouble free. Convert any
file type into a ".pdf" file if your system has the capability to do so. Word files usually translate well unless we do not have an unusual
font that was included in the design. All file types are checked out before any work begins.
What is a "Template"?
We also have many "Stock Templates" that may be helpful to either create a custom form or just need slight modifications to make that
"perfect form". Give us a call with your type of business and the intended use of the form, and we will suggest a template to get you
started in the design of your form. We can also use a stock template "as is" and imprint your company name, address and contact
information on the top of these forms.

I have an idea for my form, but have nothing.
Our design department can take your ideas and convert them into the "perfect form" for your business. If you can take your ideas and sketch them
out and fax or email them to us, we can create a proof for your approval.
Reorders
We save all your order information for reorders. All it takes is a quick phone call or email to your Customer Service Representative to get the reorder
started.
Shipping & Delivery
How will you ship my order?
Most orders ship by UPS Ground Service. We also can use expedited air services for time sensative shipments.
How long will it take for my package to arrive?

Will I be notified on the arrival of my package?
When your order ships, we will email you the tracking number so you may check on the shipping progress of your package.
How do I track my package?
An email with the tracking link will be provided to you when your package ships.
I need my order sooner than your standard production and delivery time.
Every day an Anchorside Customer has a tradeshow, special event, sales meeting or just simply ran out of forms. If you are that person, Our Custom
Production & Shipping Solutions Department is your answer! We have many options to get a job done ahead of schedule. Anchorside also has agreements
with many carriers that may be more suited for getting an order to you in your time frame.

your order and shipping options to get your order to you on time. Unfortunately, not every rush form need can be fulfilled, but we work hard to usually
make it happen!
